How do I know my order was succesful?

Once you have completed your billing details on the Worldpay system and submitted your order for processing, a Worldpay confirmation page will be displayed on your web browser confirming your purchase (Please make a note of the Worldpay Transaction Number on the final payment page and quote in all related communications). A transaction confirmation email from shopper@uk.worldpay.com detailing your purchase will be forwarded to your nominated email address. You will also receive an automated ticket purchase confirmation email from tickets@ulsterrugby.com detailing the delivery method (i.e. whether the tickets would be posted to you or available for collection at the ground).

What can I do to ensure I receive my order confirmation emails?

Please ensure you add both shopper@uk.worldpay.com and tickets@ulsterrugby.com to your email address book.
If you omit to do so, spam filtering software on your email account may reject the transaction confirmation emails.

When are tickets posted?

Tickets purchased up to and including four days before the scheduled fixture will be posted to you first class. i.e. Monday for a Friday game and Tuesday for a Saturday game.

When are tickets transferred for gate collection?

Tickets purchased after the postal deadline will be available to collect on the ticket collection turnstile at Onslow Parade / Ravenhill Park entrance to the ground. Please present a copy of your order and transaction ID number. This facility is open for 1 hours prior to the kick off time. Your ticket order confirmation e mail will detail your delivery method.

On match day concession prices are solely available for ground tickets. To purchase an Under 16's stand ticket we would advise you to pre-buy your tickets directly from Ulster Rugby either on the web www.ulsterrugby.com, at the counter or by telephone 02890 493 222 option 2 (phone bookings are taken between 10am - 12 noon and from 2pm - 4pm)

What are the areas of the ground?

Ravenhill Grounds are divided into three main areas:-

The Stand

The covered stand is divided into seven areas:-

A Outer, A Inner, B, C, D, E Inner, E Outer
E Outer is the section of the stand closest to the Memorial Clock whilst A Outer is at the Aquinas end of the ground.

The Promenade

The Promenade The Prom is an uncovered standing area directly in front of The Stand and is accessed through the memorial arch entrance at the Onslow Parade / Ravenhill Park side of the ground.

The Terrace

The Terrace is a large uncovered, tiered standing area directly opposite the main stand. The Terrace is on the Mount Merrion side of the ground.

Disabled Facility

The Disabled Facility is a covered section of the ground with access for 20 wheelchair users and helpers. For more information please contact Ulster Rugby on 028 9049 3222 and ask for Rose.

Is there a Ticket Collection Facility?

A pre-paid ticket collection facility is available exclusively at the Onslow Parade / Ravenhill Park entrance to the ground. Tickets can be collected from Gate 7. Where there is the demand, two turnstiles will be available at Turnstile 7 (Surnames A L) and Turnstile 8 (Surnames M Z). Please go to the turnstile that corresponds with the surname of the ticket booker.

There is a capacity on this facility and once the quota is met the service will cease to accept orders for gate collection.

When should I arrive to collect my ticket? What should I bring with me?

We request that Internet and Telephone orders designated for collection are collected where possible at least half an hour before the published kick-off time. When collecting Internet Orders please qoute your transaction number and surname. Phone orders will be identified by the name address and postcode of the person who ordered the tickets.

What qualifies as a concession?

Concessionary rates are available to children aged 16 years and under.

What is the refund policy on tickets?

Ulster Rugby match tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable.

How can I find out if the game is all ticket?

In the days leading up to the game keep an eye on www.ulsterrugby.com for match ticket availability. When the offices are closed on a Friday from 4pm and on a Saturday the status of turnstile ticket availability will be displayed on our website home page and on the office answer machine 02890 493222. We request that no messages are left on the answering machine regarding the weekend s game from 4pm for a Friday match and all day on a Saturday as no personnel are available to reply to messages.

How do I buy tickets?

  • On the web
      Tickets are available to buy 24/7 from our ticket website www.ulsterrugby.com Tickets bought on the Internet are subject to a 1 per ticket surcharge to cover all postage, handling and order processing costs. If you have any queries regarding tickets purchased on the web please contact tickets@ulsterrugby.com quoting your transaction id, full name and address.
  • From the Ravenhill Offices
      Tickets are available to purchase in person from the counter at Ravenhill during office hours and the office is open over the lunch-time period. Our office hours are Mon Friday 9am 5pm On match days the counter closes at 4pm and on Saturday the ticket office is closed. We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Switch / Maestro. Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express.
  • Phone sales
      Telephone sales are available by calling 028 9049 3222 Option 2 between the hours of 10am - 12noon and 2pm - 4pm. If phone lines are busy during these times an alternative method of booking tickets is on the website. Phone orders are subject to an administration charge for postage and card payment.
  • Ticket outlets
      Ulster Rugby have ticket outlets in six locations with two new oulets added for the 05/06 season.

    Children s stand tickets are not available to buy from the ticket outlets, however, they do stock children s promenade and terrace tickets.

    Due to administrative constraints childrens stand tickets are only available from Ulster Rugby offices either on the web, phone or at the counter prior to the match.

    How do I know if my ticket purchased on the Internet will be posted to me or available at the gate?

    When purchasing a ticket on the Internet your call back e mail detailing your purchase will confirm the delivery / collection method. Tickets purchased a week or more prior to the game will be posted first class on the day the order is received. Tickets ordered from Monday at noon on the week of the match will revert to ticket collection.

    I have bought stand tickets on the Internet. How can I be sure that they are together?

    Stand tickets will be printed off together. On the rare occasion that this is not possible the client will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable alternative. It is for this reason that we request a daytime contact telephone number when placing an order.

    Can I pay for tickets on the phone and collect on the gate?

    Internet orders take priority on the gate however it can be arranged to collect phone orders placed on the week of the game at the ticket collection gate or from the office during office hours. Please note the ticket collection gates have a limit on the number of people who can collect on the match night, once this capacity is reached the service is no longer available.

    How do I buy away tickets?

    Ulster Rugby will endeavour to sell high demand away games either on the web, phone or the counter at Ravenhill in order to group travelling Ulster fans together for maximum effect! Tickets are usually returned to the home club at least a week before the fixture date, early booking avoids disappointment.     How do I become a season ticket holder?

    Season tickets for the 05/06 season are still available in Bronze, Silver, Promenade and Terrace. Platinum and plus bar passes are at capacity and single seats may still be available in Gold. For information on purchasing a season ticket that will grant entry to the ten home Celtic League fixtures and the Heineken Cup home group fixtures please contact Rachel on 02890 493222 or Sarah on 02890 686740.

    I have lost / misplaced my season ticket what should I do?

    If you find you have lost or misplaced your season ticket you must contact Ulster Rugby by 2pm on the Friday before the game on 02890 493222 or e mail sarah@ulsterrugby. If you come to the match without your season ticket you must pay full price for a place on the promenade or terrace.

    On match nights without the relevant ticket there is no access to the stand without exception. The charge for a new pass is 20 (lost bar pass 25)

    I have a Season Ticket which matches does it cover?

    The 2005/2006 Season Ticket entitles the bearer to attend ten home Celtic League games and three home Heineken group games. The pre-season friendlies against London Irish on 19/08/05 and Rotherham Titans on 26/08/05 are not covered by the season ticket. Tickets for these fixtures can be purchased from 1st August.

    Does my Season Ticket cover me for Heineken Cup knock-out stages?

    On progression to the knock-out stages of the Heineken competition full Season Ticket Holders can avail of priority booking.

    Where can I drink alcoholic beverages?

    Alcohol purchased within the ground can be consumed in all spectator areas with the exception of the Main Stand where alcohol is not permitted in accordance with Health and Safety directives.
